You seem to be sending out a lot of direct messages (DM’s) from your twitter account that appear to be spam. This is happening because your Twitter account is compromised. Most likely you inadvertently gave access to your Twitter account to a spam-bot via a third party application. In order to fix this properly you will need to assure your email address is still the one on file with Twitter, change your password and revoke access to the third party applications.
Steps if your Twitter account is compromised:
1) Log into Twitter
2) Go to your Twitter Account Settings and insure the email address is yours
3) Request a new Twitter password in Twitter Password Settings
4) Revoke access to ALL third party applications from the Apps settings
5) Log out of Twitter, clear your cache and then you can log back into Twitter and re-connect with the applications you trust.
